1. It's delirious and incoherent – you gotta make sense.
2. It's hard to read – that refers to the color choices and also the use of big words, run on sentences, large paragraphs and bla bla bla – keep it short, interesting and readable.
3. It's dull and not engaging. Think about a networking event…who do you want to hang with: the person who droans on and on about how wonderful they are or the person who tells fun stories, seems to know any one who's anyone and has great ideas for how you can be more successful? I thought so.
4. It's decorative to a fault. Bottom line – the design and images are there to support the content – not conflict with it.
5. It's not believable. hmmmm.
